Fred Parnell

Septuagenerian Fred Parnell weaves his rag rugs on the loom once used by his grandmother. When ever possible, he purchases his material from the area's former millworks, but as he laments, "It's harder and harder to find good cloth." He lives in Davidson County, NC.
